Celebrity News! PH's Julian Flores eliminated from 'Asia's Next Top Model' season 4

MANILA, Philippines – After making it to the Top 4, Filipino Julian Flores was eliminated from Asia's Next Top Model (AsNTM) season 4 on Wednesday, May 25.

Julian, who scored 40 points in total, lost to Thailand's Jiratchaya Kedkong (aka Tawan), who scored 41.5. She was the last Filipino still in the competition.
After the scores were revealed, host and judge Cindy Bishop told Julian, "I'm not gonna tell you how beautiful you are, because you know that. I want you to go away from this hoping that you've learned not only what it means to be a model but what it means to be real. Being professional doesn't mean hiding emotion, it means knowing which ones to show at which time."
After Julian's last photoshoot on the show, the judges criticized her for not showing enough personality on set, which reflected in her photo. This, they said, would affect how casting agents would remember her.
"You have so much potential," continued Cindy. "Thank you for being with us."
Julian responded, "I'm sure I made the Philippines proud and I want to thank you for everything that you've taught me, not just in modeling but in everything in life. Thank you."
Later, as the camera showed Julian packing her bags, she added: "I met a lot of great people here in the competition and I will cherish every moment I spent wth them. It's a big honor for me to meet these people."
"Being part of Top 4 is still an honor for me. I don't regret anything," she said.
The girls in the Top 3 are Tawan, Patricia Gunawan from Indonesia, and Sang In Kim from South Korea.

Julian is one of the 3 Filipino contestants on AsNTM this season. The other two were Gwendoline Ruais, who was eliminated from the competition, and Alaiza Malinao, who left the show voluntarily.
Last season, the Philippines' Monika Sta Maria was first runner-up on the show.
Julian competed in the 2014 Binibining Pilipinas competition, where she was part of the Top 15. According to her Instagram bio, She placed 4th runner-up in the Miss Manila beauty contest in 2014.
