The final and official tally of votes in the congress has already ended and the Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte wins the Presidential race while the Camarines Sur Congresswoman Leni Robredo wins the Vice Presidential race defeating the son of the late president Ferdinand Marcos.
Leni Robredo then promised to personally communicate with the incoming president Rodrigo Duterte after their official proclamation on Monday.
Meanwhile, the outgoing President Benigno Aquino III has already congratulated Leni Robredo for winning the VP race.
"At least maka-pay lang ng courtesy visit, para i-assure siya na makakaasa siya sa aking suporta," Robredo said.
Robredo and her three children agreed that they will never leave their home in Naga and have decided to keep it and continue taking bus rides even after she assumes the office!
