An airport employee reveals how the 'laglag-bala' scam works in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
The man was hiding by the name of 'Manuel'. He claims that he was speaking up about the issue because he pity those people who are victimized by the scheme.
He says that the reason why the officials of the Airport are forced to do such crime because of the low salary that they are getting from their jobs.
He demonstrated how they easily planted the bullets. The amount that they could extort from the victims ranges from P1,000 up to P50, 000.
The money was then divided towards the people who worked together to make it work.
